All information that is entered within this website is kept confidential at all times. All data is stored via an SQL DATABASE which cannot be read by human beings.
KTalk will not under any circumstance or instance pass your details to anyone else outside this organization. For your peace of mind, it will not be given to any outside companies, or third parties, unless specifically requested or asked of Kerryn/KTalk.

All purchases of products/services paid for via credit card, that is entered within the shopping cart of the website is transmitted via a SSL secure system, is then sent to Paymate which operates on a Secure Socket Layer with 128 Bit encryption. Please see information below.
Security
Paymate use several mechanisms to protect the security and integrity of your personal information. All your transactions with Paymate are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen.
Paymate transfers financial data securely into the Australian payments clearing system via dedicated telecommunications lines and proprietary banking software to ensure the integrity of our direct debit and credit payments. We process our credit card payments similarly.
All purchases of products/services that are purchased and opt for the invoice cash/cheque/direct deposit option will be automatically emailed an invoice via the email address they provide when registered. Bank details will be provided on the invoice and terms are 14 days for all payments to be received/processed.
All payments must be received, prior to services being commenced. If payment is not received, then training/educational sessions or self help life courses will be cancelled/postponed to organization until payment is made to KTalk.
After services have been performed by KTalk for an organisation, customer contact details are kept safely and securely. Contact is only maintained to see if any other educational training sessions can be organised or any of the self help life courses can be run for the organisation. If it is not required then all data is deleted completely from KTalk's Database and email services. Contact details of the organisation will not be used in any other way or purpose in such circumstances.
