| NOTE: Kerryn will drive to sessions within three hours of Melbourne (approx 250 km) and a travel allowance will be charged. All interstate sessions and sessions further afield, hosts are to arrange and pay for an airline ticket and arrange to meet Kerryn & drop her off at the airport. All hosts will be required to look after Kerryn while she is interstate. All overnight accomodation is to be arranged and paid for by hosts and is in addition to the presentation fee. Once a presentation booking has been confirmed in writing (letter or email), should the hosts need to cancel the booking a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the presentation fee will be charged. If at all possible it would be preferable to reschedule the session. | |||
